Privacy policy & disclosures
Draft for client and legal review. This document is written to satisfy the Google Ads landing-page requirement for a standalone privacy policy. It must be reviewed and approved by MACH Technologies’ counsel, and the bracketed placeholders completed, before the page goes live.
1. Information we collect
This page exists for one purpose: to let commercial and research operators request equipment information from MACH Technologies. We collect only what the inquiry needs.
Information you give us
When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, the type of system you are interested in, your estimated production requirements, and any message you write.
Information collected automatically
We collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed and time on page — and marketing attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and Google’s gclid click identifier) so we can tell which advertisement brought you here.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your equipment inquiry and prepare a system configuration or quotation.
- To contact you by email or telephone about that inquiry.
- To measure which advertising campaigns produce genuine inquiries.
- To maintain security and prevent fraudulent or automated submissions.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your inquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
This page uses the following, subject to your consent choices where consent is required in your jurisdiction:
| Technology | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Loads and governs the tags listed below. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Aggregate traffic and engagement measurement. |
| Google Ads conversion tracking | Records form submissions and call clicks as advertising conversions. |
| HubSpot | Receives your inquiry and stores it in MACH’s customer records. |
| Session storage | Holds campaign parameters for the duration of your visit so attribution survives a page reload. |
You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the consent banner, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking measurement cookies does not affect your ability to submit the inquiry form.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — our CRM provider (HubSpot), our analytics and advertising providers (Google), our website host, and our email provider. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
5. Retention
Inquiry records are retained in our CRM for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics 4.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. MACH Technologies does not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for making one.
7. Terms & equipment disclosures
